Due to the high demand for appointment slots we will be implementing a no-show appointment charge. This charge will be $25 for each pet scheduled with us. Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid this charge. Appointments canceled same day will still incur a no-show fee. We appreciate your patience and understanding with us during these times.
In the case of a no show with a surgery scheduled there will be a $100 no-show fee, please cancel at least 48 hours before.
We can provide estimates for our services. You have the right to request an estimate for any services before treatment is rendered. If you decline or fail to ask for an estimate, it is your responsibility to assure that you have enough funds for the day’s appointment.
